Author, director. Born in Toulouse, Philip moved to Italy at the age of 16. He worked on fiction and over 40 documentaries for international broadcasters (NHK Japan, RAI Italy, BBC).
He also continues his work as a photographer, invited to exhibit at international photography festivals in Arles, Paris, Glasgow and Milan. In 2013, he returned to France and directed his first experimental feature film, Hungry man, selected as a world premiere at Karlovy Vary IFF, and enthusiastically received by critics at international festivals.
He later directed the short film "Before the night", released in 2020, as well as "The thread", featuring Jean-Marc Barr and John Robinson, which aired on Canal+ in 2024.

Auteur, Réalisateur. Né à Toulouse, Philip rejoint l’Italie à l’âge de 16 ans. Il travaille sur des fictions et plus de 40 documentaires pour des diffuseurs internationaux (NHK Japan, RAI Italy, BBC).
Il poursuit également son travail de photographe, invité à exposer aux festivals internationaux de la photographie à Arles, Paris, Glasgow et Milan. En 2013, il revient en France et réalise son premier long métrage expérimental, Hungry man, sélectionné en avant première mondiale à Karlovy Vary IFF, et accueilli avec enthousiasme par la critique aux festivals internationaux.
Il réalise ensuite le court-métrage “Avant la nuit”, sorti en 2020, ainsi que « Le Fil », avec Jean-Marc Barr et John Robinson, diffusé sur Canal+ en 2024.
